What counts as a response?
A response is counted each time someone completes and submits a survey. Partial responses (where the respondent does not submit) are not counted against your quota.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the end of your billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits and education?
Yes! We offer 30% off for verified nonprofit organizations and educational institutions. Contact our sales team to learn more.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes, you save 20% when you choose annual billing compared to monthly billing on all paid plans.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), bank transfers, and purchase orders for Platform plans.
What happens if I exceed my response limit?
We will notify you when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, responses will still be collected but you will need to upgrade to access them.
